At Hallam, we want children to aim high and dream big. Through high quality teaching and positive relationships, we give our children every opportunity to achieve their full potential, make long lasting memories and prepare them for the next stage of their education.

Children at Hallam are aspirational and in general enjoy a wide range of experiences out of school. Parents have high expectations of their children and that the school will provide their children with opportunities to achieve academic success. Our curriculum is designed to provide these opportunities whilst ensuring children develop social and emotional awareness to equip them for life
Subjects We Teach
Our children enjoy a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum. Below is list of the subjects your child will experience during their time with us.
We know that some families prefer an overview, while others like a little more detail.
- If you'd like a deeper look at how each subject is planned and taught across the school, our full curriculum detail section provides comprehensive information.
- If you would like more information about the curriculum, please contact the main school office to arrange a meeting with our curriculum lead, Jemma Bye

Remote Learning
In the event that the school needs to close for an extended period, we are committed to ensuring that learning continues for all pupils. Remote learning will be provided online, and full details of the arrangements — including platforms to be used, resources available, and expectations for pupils — will be shared with parents and carers at the time of closure.
The school will communicate all requirements through our usual channels. Our aim is to provide continuity of education and support for all children throughout any period of remote learning.
If a closure becomes necessary, please check for updates regularly. Further guidance will be issued promptly to help families access and engage with remote learning successfully.
